The purpose of the NLPOA-DPLO is to represent Latino police officers and all Members to ensure them fair and equal treatment in employment. Our goal is to bridge Latino Law Enforcement and community. Active Members are any Law Enforcement Personnel who identifies with and supports the Objectives and goals of the NLPOA-DPLO . Your membership will qualify you for voting, training, representation, and all the privileges of the NLPOA.
